Self- Defense is not just a set of techniques, it’s a state of mind, & it begins with the belief that you are worth defending. In today’s Era it is a compulsory part of education. St. Vincent Pallotti College regularly conducts Interdisciplinary presentation, under which Department of Education organized a session. The speaker- faculty member of department of Physical Education “Mr. Chandrashekhar Bandhe” presented a very practical & useful session on self defense with practical implication & demonstration. Our students enjoyed the session & learned a lot about instant reflex for defense.
